The software is rather amazing in its reality. The time to get a download link or reply is also amazing. Amazingly slow. Expect to wait days not hours. Really slow, still can't quite believe it .
What I really would like is a better and more rapid way to get tech support responses.
The average time that I have received a response is about 6 days which is just too long.
Perhaps a support number should be initiated.

Great customer service. Friendly team. Lots of patience regarding the problems, troubleshooting, and bug fixing. Awesome libraries, awesome forum, awesome website. Great marketing team and creative composers.
It was not my first time using the wonderful LABS sounds for free so I knew my way around those plugins. However, it was my first time using Kontact Player so I was a bit confused in the beginning. After doing some minor research and confirming with your customer service staff on a chat, I was able to confirm what I needed to know. They were very patient with me and they also guided me to a wealth of tutorial information on your site and You Tube has been a huge help in learning what I need to know to use Albion One and Neo as the tools I had hoped. I am sure I will be adding more and more as time goes on. Cinema Pads was the latest addition. Love it all!
Quick, easy and super-smooth process on purchase. Within minutes I received all confirmation details and the libraries were good to go to download. The Spitfire download app works great, even with heavy downloads.
Great service!
The product was delivered right away and I was provided with all the information needed. Exept that if you buy an upgrade you have to copy the new one in the pre-existing folder for the products to integrate but I think this was my lack if experience as this was my first proper library!
Even Spitfire e-mails are elegant!
Everything was great! But the processing was (understandably) slow. I had hoped to download the product that night, but I just waited till morning. :)
Discovering Spitfire Audio in 2019 was for me a revelation. The deep sampling made by Spitfire Audio combined with their clear understanding of today’s soundtrack composer needs allows for what I believe is the best sampling library and virtual instruments on the market. That level of quality for me justified acquiring many SA libraries. I was not convinced that I needed the British Drama Tool Kit as well since I am more into large orchestra but I finally acquire the BDT library during the spring sales. This is probably the most inspiring library I used from SA up to now and combined with Olafur Arnalds Chamber Evolution it becomes an absolute delight to produce stunning drama scores. Within few days BDT allowed me to produce tears maker tracks. The unfortunate thing is that it is so good that it will become overexposed.
The leaders in the sample libraries sector for quality, service and (sometimes) price.
I own a few Spitfire libraries which I'm very pleased with and wanted to try out Originals Cinematic Pads and eDNA Earth. Very pleased with the purchase, so many pre-sets and ways to manipulate each sound. Will prove very useful. Downloading and installing was easy, and there are no issues using the plugin on an M1 Mac. Highly recommended.
I'm excited with Albion one my new librery. I've been listening to it and sounds very good.
Excellent Library but expected few more presets and variations.
Albion One is an amazing library! It offers a really epic sound. The low strings sound especially amazing. There's also Brunel Loops and eDNA-engine, which is great for achieving more rhythm or textures for your composition, it's also really inspiring and helpful for overcoming "writers block" in my opinion. Unfortunately the woodwinds and brass don't have a lot of articulations and the for the percussion 4 round robins is not ideal, but still doable. The percussion sounds amazing so most of the times it works just fine, maybe for a future update this can be improved.
If you love making epic cinematic music, I think this is the best all-in-one you can possibly find for this price. But I feel like it's not as suited for classical compositions, in that case I'd rather look at BBC Symphonic Orchestra Core.
